The rooms here are a good size and have a nice decoration, plus the bathrooms are kept pretty clean. The location is super convenient and you can't beat having a shuttle service available whenever you need it! 🚐

I had a great experience at this hotel. Firstly, the location was perfect for me as it was very near the John Wayne airport and right on Macarthur Blvd. It made it very convenient for me to get to and from the hotel. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were wonderful. They were friendly and attentive to my needs, making my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a room with a king size bed and a microwave. The attention to detail in the cleanliness of the hotel was also very impressive. I felt that this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely book again.

The service provided by the staff is commendable, as seen in their efforts to retrieve a lost phone and their responsiveness to maintenance issues. The hotel also offers warm cookies and tasty room service food, which adds to the overall positive experience.

There have been some complaints about unprofessional behavior at the front desk, which is a notable issue that should be addressed.

Parking was expensive and not enough spaces at times. Breakfast buffet was expensive and not very good. Eggs were watery, bacon was not very tasty. Shower water was tepid at best. Only had hot water on last day when hotel was not so full

The location of this hotel is great, with plenty of charging outlets in the room. It's also conveniently located near the beach and not far from the event I was attending. The parking lot even has handicap parking spaces available, which was helpful when my wife came to pick me up.

The elevators in the hotel could use some cleaning.
